Congratulations to Malawian chess player, Ernest Matola AKA “Mangochiman” and your wife Charity on your wedding. That is a bold step in life.
The Bible says, it is not good for man to be alone…..at the right time, may he marry.
Apostle Paul says…..it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
Also another verse says …. he who finds a wife, finds a good thing and obtains favor from the lord….just to mention a few backing clauses from the Christian Holy Bible.
Never marry out of peer pressure, but out of conviction that your time has come. Be mentally, financially, emotionally and spiritually mature when you are getting married.
Do not despise the power of marriage, because marriage is God’s idea for fruitfulness and fulfillment on the earth.
Those of you not married, pray to God, that He would guide you in your choices, so that you may see the wonders of the beauty of Love in marriage.
Remember these important words as you take the bold step: beauty fades, charm is deceptive, but a woman who fears the Lord, will always be praised, and stand out everywhere she goes.
May you marry a woman of good character, whose contribution to the development of the home is compensating your efforts, not a talkative one, who abuses day and night, changing the future of your unborn children.
The bible says a talkative wife is as disturbing as a leaking house. May you have peace always in your married life. All in all, may you marry the Proverbs 31 woman, who is the epitome of a simple perfect wife.
Above all, may God guide you to your soulmate.
As a wall placard puts it:
“Two shall be born, the whole wide world apart, and speak different tongues, and take no thought of each other’s being, and no heed.
And these two, over unknown seas, to unknown lands, shall cross
Escaping wrecks, defying death and all, unconsciously shape every act, and bend each wandering step unto this end
That one day out of darkness, they shall meet and read life’s meaning in each others eyes”
Wishing you a great marriage Ernest and Charity.
